Meet Leticia

Leticia Zadrozny Zelaya holds a M.A. in Educational and Counseling Psychology and Ed.S. in School Psychology from the University of the Pacific. Additionally, Mrs. Zadrozny-Zelaya has been a school psychologist for over 10 years and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Mrs. Zadrozny-Zelaya also works in private practice as a Licensed Educational Psychologist. Mrs. Zadrozny-Zelaya specializes in bilingual assessments, utilizing technology to improve learner outcomes, and organizational strategies for school psychologists.

Mrs. Zadrozny-Zelaya is the president of the Bay Area Association of School Psychologists and serves as a board member of the California Association of School Psychologists. She is a member of the Northern California Bilingual Roundtable and served as a technical advisor for the CDE presentation “Hispanic/Latinx Students and Significant Disproportionality” presentation in spring of 2020.

​When she is not working, she enjoys taking her dogs out for adventures. This includes hiking, disc golf, camping, paddle boarding, or just going to the snow.

​Some of her passions include video games and comic books. She currently uses her knowledge of video games and comics in counseling sessions with students. She applies skills learned in video games and comics to real life situations.

She was elected to the California Association of School Psychologists board for the 2021-2022 school year. She continues to participate on the board through convention commitee, professional development committee, and legislative action.

 

Meet Ziggs

Ziggs is a Siberian Husky Malamute Mix

Birthday: February 9, 2012

Adopted: March 10, 2014 from the Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation

Ziggs has been certified as a therapy dog since 2015. Ziggs has attended various types of trainings and obedience classes to become a therapy dog. He has earned his Canine Good Citizen certificate and completed the Therapy Dog Workshop.
